At Avanta Clinic, we offer administrative discounts for upfront payment pricing for our services.

You may choose self-pay pricing under the following situations:

  • Insurance will not cover the cost of the service (e.g., Immigration exams, pre-op exams for patients undergoing cosmetic surgical procedures)

  • You don’t have insurance.

This “administrative prompt pay discounted pricing” is applicable only under the following conditions:

  • Paid in full before or at the time of service.

  • Avanta Clinic will not submit the bill to insurance.

  • If you decide to go through insurance, we are unable to offer the prices below due to insurance regulations.

  • Self-pay pricing for procedures or tests is in conjunction with an office visit only.

Please Note: The time you (the patient) will spend with the provider will be less than the scheduled time slot (e.g., the provider will spend 5-10 minutes with you for a 15-minute time slot ). This is because the scheduled time slot includes staff check-in & checkout time, and the time spent by provider on completing visit documentation.

You have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your medical care will cost.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don't have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and other fees.

  • Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item.

  • You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

  • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call the Federal No Surprises Help Desk at 1-800-985-3059.
